Decadence a La Carte will cater the luncheon ceremony, during which local organizations will be recognized for their contributions to the Marion County Literacy Council. A special award, the Frederick Douglass Literacy Award will also be presented. A student and an active tutor will speak about the impact that MCLC has made in their lives.
